Mental Health Services

Our goal is to help clients become more independent, recognize their potential, and overcome difficulties through repetition of skill-based interventions in their homes and communities. Through coordination of all providers involved with the identified client, and direct interaction with clients and their families, Care & Comfort is able to produce greater continuity of care, reduce unwanted behavioral symptoms, and increase the probability of children remaining in their homes.

Outpatient Therapy

Outpatient Therapy Services are client centered, strength based, and goal focused and are available to individuals (three (3) years of age and older), couples and families. Click here for more information.

Behavioral Health and Community Support Services

Behavioral Health and Community Support Services are available to individuals, up to the age of twenty-one (21), who have a primary mental health diagnosis. Click here for more information.

Day Habilitation for Children

Children Day Habilitation services are available to individuals through the age of twenty (20), who have a diagnosis of mental retardation or autism. Click here for more information.

Day Habilitation for Adults

Adult Day Habilitation services are available to individuals, eighteen (18) years and older, with a diagnosis of Mental Retardation and/or autism. Click here for more information.
