Nursing Services

Registered Nurses provide in-home health assessments on an intermittent basis. Visits are provided as requested; this can be accomplished either by the client if they are privately paying or by Elder Independence of Maine (EIM).

Services provided to the clients are based on need and as ordered by their physician.

Services include but are not limited to:

Diet
Diabetic care
Exercise
Foley catheter care
Foot care
Home safety
Injections
Med box prefills
Medication education & side effects
Routine foot care
Skin care/wound care
Venipuncture
