Long-Term Care

The long-term care provides block time services (pediatric and adult) to clients based on their needs. Services are provided by Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), and/or Personal Support Specialists (PSS).

Care & Comfort will provide assessments for clients under the age of twenty-one in order to determine eligibility for services and/or level of service needed. An assessment will be completed on request (per client, family, doctor, etc.) by Goold Health Systems, Inc. for clients over the age of twenty-one.
